Domestic shipping policy

Shipment processing time all orders are processed within 4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

 

Returns

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 14  days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We are happy to send additional photos of the jewelry prior to purchase.

Return process

To return an item, please email customer service at tenee@teneeestelletradingco.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (rma) number. After receiving a rma number, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided, and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, upon approval we will process your store credit or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your credit or exchange/

Exceptions
If your box arrives damaged, do not open. Send a picture of the damaged box to tenee@teneeestelletradingco.com please let us know about the damage within 24 hours of receiving it. If it is a replaceable item, then we will happily replace it or send for repair. We do offer refunds if your one-of-a-kind item is damaged during shipping, and you have followed the protocol as stated.

Layaway Policy

We are happy to offer our clients flexible purchasing on anything over $200. Layaway is 90 days of free financing with a 20% down payment. Layaway down payments & additional payments are non refundable & must be completed in a timely manner. Once an item is placed into layaway that layaway must be completed and cannot be “switched out” for other items. Limit of 2 layaway plans per person during the same time frame. If the layaway terms of payment are not met in the agreed upon time frame then the layaway will be cancelled & all payments forfeited as well as the merchandise. Layaway items are final purchases and may not be exchanged.

Extended Layaway on items of $1000 or more can be for a period of 6 months. If you are interested in a piece & need slightly different terms please don’t hesitate to ask. We design custom plans regularly.
